Yes. Before anything goes into production, we prepare a digital mockup showing your logo or design on the chosen kitchen accessories — whether that's an apron, oven mitt, or cutting board. Production only starts once you've reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

What file format should I submit for my logo or artwork?

Vector files work best for sharp, consistent results across different kitchen accessories. Common formats include AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, get in touch and we'll let you know whether it meets the required resolution for your chosen item.

Can I order kitchen accessories in smaller quantities, or is there a minimum?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the specific kitchen accessory. Smaller runs are often possible, though the unit price tends to be more favourable on larger group orders — something worth considering if you're outfitting a whole team or stocking up for a recurring event.

How far in advance should I place my order before an event or deadline?

Planning ahead makes a real difference. For event-related orders, we recommend getting in touch at least two to three weeks before your deadline to allow time for the mockup approval process and production. Larger quantities may require additional lead time, so earlier is always safer.
