Will I be able to see how my logo looks on the candles or diffusers before production begins?

Yes. After you place your order and submit your artwork, we create a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will appear on the candles or diffusers. Production only starts once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

What file format should I submit for my logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI or EPS work best, as they stay sharp at any size. PDF files with embedded fonts are also accepted. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPEG, please share the highest resolution version available and our team will assess whether it is suitable for use.

Can I order candles and diffusers in smaller quantities, or are large runs required?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the specific candle or diffuser you choose. Some options are available from relatively small runs, making them accessible for clubs or smaller events. For larger corporate orders, pricing per unit decreases noticeably, so bulk orders are worth considering if your budget allows.

How much lead time do I need when ordering for an event or deadline?

We recommend allowing sufficient time for artwork approval, production, and delivery. For event orders, getting in touch at least three to four weeks before your deadline gives us room to handle the process without rushing. For very large orders, a longer lead time is advisable.
