Will I be able to see how my logo looks on the personal care product before it goes into production?

Yes. Before anything is produced, we create a digital mockup showing your logo or artwork applied to the chosen personal care product. Production only starts once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so you can check placement, sizing and colours with confidence before committing.

How should I submit my artwork or logo file?

Vector files are strongly preferred, as they allow us to scale your logo cleanly across different personal care products without any loss of quality. Common accepted formats include AI, EPS and PDF. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, contact us first and we can advise whether it meets the resolution requirements for the product you have in mind.

What about minimum order quantities for personal care products?

Minimums vary depending on which product you choose. Lip balms and hand sanitisers, for example, often have lower entry points, making them accessible for smaller clubs or one-off events. Larger quantities typically bring the unit price down significantly, which is worth considering for trade fairs or welcome packages rolled out across a wider team.

How much lead time do I need for a deadline or event?

We recommend getting in touch at least two to three weeks before your event date to leave room for artwork approval and production. Urgent timelines may be possible depending on current capacity, so reach out early and we will find the most realistic option together.

I was surprised to see that this good company only scores 3.4 out of 5 stars on Google. When you then read how that happened, it is just sad. A number of people feel it necessary to give 1 star just because they received an (unwanted) advertising email. It's a shame that your company can be brought down like this for nothing. All the more reason for me to emphasize that my 5 star review is more than deserved for this company. Because even though the last delivery was not completely OK, which can happen, it was resolved more than 100% correctly. And that's what it's all about! We have been a satisfied customer of Hidalgo for years, but this made it clear that we can hopefully do a lot of business together in the coming years. Thanks again for the perfect service!
