Yes. Before we begin production, you receive a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo, slogan, or contact details will appear on the pens. Only once you have reviewed and approved this preview do we move forward. This gives you a clear picture of the end result and the opportunity to request adjustments without any commitment.

What file format should I use when submitting my logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF are strongly preferred, as these ensure sharp, clean results regardless of the size printed on the pen. If you only have a raster file such as a JPG or PNG, get in touch with us and we can advise you on whether it is suitable or needs to be converted first.

Are there minimum order quantities for printed pens?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the pen model you choose. Certain pens are available in smaller runs, making them accessible for clubs or smaller events, while others are more cost-effective when ordered in larger volumes for trade fairs or staff packages. I was surprised to see that this good company only scores 3.4 out of 5 stars on Google. When you then read how that happened, it is just sad. A number of people feel it necessary to give 1 star just because they received an (unwanted) advertising email. It's a shame that your company can be brought down like this for nothing. All the more reason for me to emphasize that my 5 star review is more than deserved for this company. Because even though the last delivery was not completely OK, which can happen, it was resolved more than 100% correctly. And that's what it's all about! We have been a satisfied customer of Hidalgo for years, but this made it clear that we can hopefully do a lot of business together in the coming years. Thanks again for the perfect service!
